Lyon le Grand Tour – offers on the www.lyoncitytour.fr website (hereinafter the “Website”) a ticketing service for tourist services.
Article 1. Definitions and Scope
1.1 Definitions
The definitions below have the same meaning whether they are used in the singular or in the plural.
“The User” refers to any user of the Site who browses, reads, reserves, orders and/or purchases one or more Services offered on the Site.
“Partner” means all providers of Services.
“Service” refers to any provision of services offered on the Site.
1.2 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (“hereinafter the General Terms and Conditions”) govern the offer and provision of the Services.
The order of Services is reserved only for Users who have previously read the General Terms and Conditions in their entirety and have accepted them without reservation, by ticking the box provided for this purpose. Without this acceptance, the continuation of the order process is technically impossible.
The General Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time, without notice, it being understood that such modifications will not apply to orders for Services that have already been accepted by Lyon City Tour in the name and on behalf of the Partner(s) concerned. It is therefore imperative that the User consult and accept the General Terms and Conditions at the time of placing their order, in particular in order to ensure the provisions in force.
Article 2. Order on the www.lyoncitytour.fr website
2.1 Capacity – Use of the Site
The function of the Site is to assist the User in the search for Services and to make the appropriate reservations. The User must be at least 18 years of age, legally capable of contracting and using this Site in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
Except in the case of fraud, for which it is up to the User to provide proof, the User is financially responsible for his or her actions on the Site, in particular for the use that will be made of his or her e-mail address and password. It also guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the information concerning it provided on the Site.
Any use of the Site that is fraudulent, or that contravenes these General Terms and Conditions, will justify the User being refused, at any time, access to the Services offered by the Partners or other features of the Site.
2.2 Placing and cancelling orders
The User may only order via the Site after having validated these General Terms and Conditions as well as any applicable Partners’ Specific Terms and Conditions.
The confirmation of the order, which includes the essential elements, such as the identification of the Service(s) ordered and the price, will be sent to the User by e-mail within a maximum period of two days following the date of the order.
All conditions for cancellation, possible rectification of orders and/or refunds are accessible directly on the Site prior to the reservation, and if necessary mentioned on the order confirmation or in the Specific Conditions.
Any cancellation or request for modification (up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit) must be sent by e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address: info@lyoncitytour.fr. For any changes made by the User, the purchased tickets can be used at a later date and are valid for 1 year. For any cancellation request made by the User, the sums paid by the User will be reimbursed within a reasonable period of time.
After the 24-hour period before the scheduled visit, any cancellation or modification request cannot be taken into account.
2.3 Payment and Proof of Purchase
The prices mentioned on this site are expressed in euros and, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of VAT.
Payment must be made at the time of booking or ordering, by credit card using the secure payment system set up on the Site.
It is then up to the User to print on his printer the voucher that he must present to the service provider to benefit from the services purchased: this will be sent to him by email as soon as his reservations are confirmed.
The User is therefore required to check beforehand that he or she is able to print the voucher or voucher: under no circumstances can the bank receipt alone be used as proof of purchase.
Article 3. Protection of personal data

Boarding cannot be guaranteed if you do not arrive 10 minutes before departure.

The best efforts are made to provide photos and illustrations giving the User an overview of the Services offered.
Article 5. Applicable law
The General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution shall be subject to arbitration by the Court of Lyon.
Article 6. Intellectual property
Lyon le Grand Tour / Lyon City Tour is the owner of all intellectual property rights for all elements appearing on the site. It is therefore forbidden to reproduce, modify, transfer or exploit all or part of the site without the express written authorization of Lyon le Grand Tour: however, partial reproduction for strictly private purposes is tolerated. It is forbidden to resell products or use the site for commercial purposes without the express written authorization of Lyon City Tour.
