Lyon City Tour opens a new path: visit Lyon through the eye of cinema
From 2026, Lyon City Tour offers a unique cultural experience that complements its existing routes: a discovery of Lyon by panoramic bus, extended by an immersion on foot in the historic center classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, told through cinema.
From the bus, Lyon reveals itself in its entirety: reliefs, urban lines and historical continuities. This panoramic reading gives the keys to understanding the city and its construction over time.
The visit then continues on foot in Old Lyon. Walking allows you to enter the thickness of the urban fabric and to change the way you look at heritage. Cinema then becomes a tool for reading the territory. In the city where the cinematograph was born, it sheds a different light on the historic centre through the filmed places and the views of the city.
