Of course, you have the option to pick up your ticket directly from the driver. Please note that payment only by credit card on board the buses! You can also visit our shop. The latter is located at 3, rue du Colonel Chambonnet, near the 1st stop (opposite the Bellecour pharmacy). We accept cards and cash.

As part of an environmental approach, we have decided to stop the distribution of single-use headphones. We therefore invite you to bring your earphones or headphones and your phone.
If you buy your ticket online, you can pay by credit card. On board our buses, we do not accept cash payments but only credit cards.
If you wish to pay for your tickets in cash, we invite you to pay for them in our Oh My Gone shop at 3, rue du Colonel Chambonnet, 100 meters from the departure of the Lyon City Bus.
Show your printed or mobile ticket to one of our staff members on board the bus or in our store. We’ll give you a receipt that you can use for your visit for the duration of your ticket’s validity.
To cancel your ticket and obtain a refund up to 24 hours before the start of your visit, please send your request to info@lyoncitytour.fr.
