If you buy your ticket online, you can pay by credit card. We do not accept cash on board our buses, only credit cards.
If you would like to pay for your tickets in cash, please pay in our Oh My Gone store at 3, rue du Colonel Chambonnet, 100 meters from the Lyon City Bus departure point.
Show your printed or mobile ticket to one of our staff members on board the bus or in our store. We’ll give you a receipt that you can use for your visit for the duration of your ticket’s validity.
To cancel your ticket and obtain a refund up to 24 hours before the start of your visit, please send your request to info@lyoncitytour.fr.
